Terms of Business
Delivery
If the ordered items are in stock, we will ship in up to 3 business days after we got payment. We will inform you when items are not in stock.
Shipping Costs and Conclusion of the Contract
The items in our order mail is not a legally binding offer. The order contract is concluded with the delivery of your order. By clicking on the confirm-order button at the Confirmation-Page you legaly agree to buy the products in your shopping cart. You will see the Shipping Costs before you Confirm the order. You will receive an order confirmation right after you sent the order via Email.
Right of revocation
If the customer is a consumer, he has the right to cancel his order within 30 Days after receiving the items and a written copy of this instructions and as long as he has not ordered a custom-made item. The cancellation doesn't have to be explained and it has to be made in text form (by email or letter.The revocation is to be addressed to:

or by returning the ordered product. It's enough to dispatch the items within the given time to comply to the term. We are bound to refund the payment made within 30 days after the customer has declared cancellation. If the returned items have been damaged or are used by the customer, we deduct this loss in value from the credit. The customer can avoid this loss if he only checks the items as it would have been possible in a retail shop and if he sends them back without traces of use and in the original packing. We pay for returning the items if the returning sum is higher than 40 Euros and the returned item is sent from within Germany, in the other case the customer has to pay for it if the items are the ones ordered. In order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, we ask you to contace us via email, but we will also accept all other forms of return shippings. In all cases, we bear the risk of the return shipment.
Limited Warranty
The warranty follows the legal requirements. If there occurs a defect with one of our items within 2 years after the delivery of the item, the customer has the right to choose between a subsequent improvement or a new item, both free of charge. Additionally, the legal rights of redhibitory action, contraction in value or compensation apply if appropriate. Please contact us before sending back an item.
Place of Execution / Place of Jurisdiction / Language
Legal jurisidiction is Germany exclusively. The place of execution for all services and products negotiated in business transactions with be LED-Fashion GmbH.Germany. If the customer is a businessman, legal entity of public law or public special fund, Berlin shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship with the customer or from these general terms and conditions. The contractual language is German.
Final Clause
Should any of these ndividual contractual conditions – for which reasons whatsoever – not be legally enforceable, this does not mitigate the legal validity of the remaining agreements in any way.
Information to batteries in our products
It is a legal requirement that you return your used batteries to us, to any other battery supplier or to a local collecting point. Do not discard them in the household waste. Batteries which contain hazardous substances are marked with a crossed dustbin and with the chemical symbol for the contained hazardous substances, which is 'Cd' for cadmium, 'Hg' for mercury and 'Pb' for lead.
